Our keynote speaker is Tiffany Manuel, PhD, Vice President of Knowledge, Impact and Strategy at Enterprise Community Partners. In her 2016 report, “You Don’t Have to Live Here: Why Housing Messages Are Backfiring and 10 Things We Can Do About It,” Dr. Manuel calls on housing advocates to adopt a better way of talking about housing affordability.
